ADM ( Asterisk Desktop Manager )

Installation linux/Unix :

Step 1 - Adm Installation :

Download the file here.
Unzip it, then run it.
After this, download our configuration script here, then run it.

    wget www.modulis-voip.com/fileadmin/uploads/notein/ADM_unix_1_1_jre1_5_bundle.sh

     gunzip ADM*.gz

    sh ADM_unix_1_1.sh 

 

Step 2 - Automatic configuration of adm :

    wget www.modulis-voip.com/fileadmin/uploads/notein/script_install.sh

    sh configure_adm.sh

Run adm

    adm

Note : If you don't use the configuration script, don't forget to exec the following commands :

cd /usr/bin

ln -s firefox mozilla-firefox

If you got a problem, close then restart adm.

Windows Installation :

Step 1 - adm installation :

Download the file here.
Unzip it, then run it.

Step 2 - Manual configuration of adm :

Run ADM.
Right click on the ADM icon in your taskbar.

 

 

Go to : Configurations -> Edit current -> Asterisk
-> Manager

 

 

Complete this fields :

 Hostname :  servervoip.hostname.com

 port : 5038

 username : adm

 password : password

-> Extensions

 Context : EXTENSION-CONTEXT exemple : "from-sip" ou "default"

 Source : SIP/ext       exemple : SIP/202

-> Browser pop-up

 Check "Enable Incomming records"

 URL :  "http://servercrm.hostname.com/sugarcrm_path/pp_index.php?number=%number%"

 Usually check "Disable crm popup for internal calls" too.

 "Disable crm popup for outgoing calls" Check thi one will disable pop for outgoing calls.
